Koltuksuz Tekstil will once again occupy a worthy place in the exposition of the INTERFABRIC exhibition. Founded in 1988, the company has long earned and confidently maintains a reputation as a reliable and, most importantly, environmentally friendly company. The company, one of the largest in the world market, produces all types of dyeing and finishing processes for 100% cotton fabrics, polyester, cotton-polyester blends and polyamide products.
Koltuksuz Tekstil was founded by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Gürbuz, who has been working in the textile industry since 1972. Thanks to new investments made in 1996, paintwork and facade devices were introduced into production. In 2014 the production of knitted fabrics called "seamless knitting" was launched. The facility uses 90% of the paint finishing division's capacity for exporting companies and the rest for its own business.
The paint finishing workshop has a fleet of high-tech machines, has a total area of 21,000 square meters. m, of which 9,000 sq. m - closed shops. In addition, there is a capacity of 25 tons of inkjet painting. These are machines that can paint from 15 kg to 1,000 kg.
Color studies are carried out using the latest technological machines based on original laboratory samples. The company's archive contains 25,000 color works. Thanks to the B2B production process it is possible to monitor online.
The company puts great importance not only to product quality and its environmental friendliness, but also to the safety of technological processes for the environment. Koltuksuz Tekstil has a modern wastewater treatment plant, Oeko-tex Standard 100 Class 1 certificate and 1988 organic certificate. This testifies to the importance attached here to the preservation of nature and human health.
