The third exhibition day has come to an end, and the autumn season of the INTERFABRIC exhibition is closed. Summing up the preliminary results, we can say that the exhibition not only took place, but also opened up new horizons. This season the exhibition has expanded, the exposition occupied all six halls of Pavilion 7 of the Expocentre Exhibition Complex and occupied an area of more than 14,700 square meters.

The exposition was attended by 300 companies from 40 regions of Russia and abroad: collective stands of Uzbekistan, Belarus, national expositions of Turkey, China, Russian representative offices of companies from Vietnam, Egypt, South Korea were presented at the exhibition. For three days the exhibition was visited by more than 15 thousand professionals, the exhibitors noted the high business activity at their stands throughout the exhibition.

“From year to year INTERFABRIC confirms the status of a solid international industry forum, where we all together unite, solve the most important issues of the industry, from state support for small businesses to overcoming global crises affecting apparel industry around the world,” says the president of SOYUZLEGPROM Andrei Razbrodin. – And every time a huge number of guests visit our exhibition with great interest, every season the attention of the industry community to our work intensifies – this indicates that we are on the right track. I am confident that the chosen guidelines will continue to lead us in the right direction. And our common cause will only grow stronger, our exhibition will develop and more than once will be able to prove itself as a powerful highly professional industry forum with a brilliant exposition.”

Every year INTERFABRIC presents up to 90% of new products on the market. This fall, it confirmed its status as an effective multi-channel business platform for industry professionals interested in presenting their products and services to a broad audience. One of the main accents of the exposition was made towards the development of regional Russian branch business. Thanks to the assistance of regional export supporting centers, small and medium market businesses from the Vladimir, Kaluga, Tula, Bryansk regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, and Yekaterinburg were able to present their products. For the first time, the Sverdlovsk Worsted Plant, Bryansk Worsted Plant, Avangard, Iris, Fabreex, Karo, KaroSport, OTK, Kolori37 took advantage of this opportunity.

In the Autumn season, Russian enterprises once again demonstrated the best of what they have been able to create during their work, and thus confirmed that they are able to compete with global market players.

“This year, despite the difficult economic situation, the exhibition has grown by 20% compared to the previous one,” says Elena Pishcheva, director of the exhibition. “The narrow specialization of the exhibition, a wide range of textile materials, the vast geography of exhibitors and a large number of them - all these components are of great interest to industry visitors, which in general ensures high efficiency at the exhibition for both exhibiting companies and visitors.”
Participants of the exhibition were expecting various format blocks of discussions, master classes and business workshops in various areas of the textile and apparel industry. All events of the autumn season were of an exclusively practical format, were devoted to the most pressing issues of the textile industry and were held with the participation of more than 120 world-famous experts.

“I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the speakers of the business program for a real strategic partnership,” says Program Director Vera Ivanova. - The program took place, and it was a very interesting experience in the current situation. We tried new formats - for example, we held a technobattle for the first time, and all the participants really liked it. We will develop successful areas, and we will definitely come up with something new, useful and interesting. Once again, thank you all for your creativity, expertise and professionalism.”

According to surveys of exhibitors and visitors, this exhibition can definitely be called a success. After a detailed analysis of the sociological survey of exhibitors and visitors, focusing on the needs of the industry, we will determine the main directions in which work will be built in the near future.
