In January 1875, on the territory of the Tekstilshchik microdistrict in the city of Korolyov, brothers Alexander and Vladimir Sapozhnikov built the main building of a cloth factory and dormitories for workers.
Currently, «Peredovaya Tekstilshchitsa» is a modern weaving production of special fabrics. The enterprise's products are used on land, at sea, in the air, on the ground, and in space.

JSC «KShF Peredovaya Tekstilshchitsa» — the largest producer of technical fabrics for special purposes in Russia. The enterprise specializes in producing technical fabrics from aramid fibers with linear densities ranging from 6.3 to 336 tex for ballistic and fire protection, as well as base fabrics for composite materials, and from polyamide and polyester threads with linear densities from 2 to 93.5 tex for parachute fabrics, filter fabrics, and base fabrics for rubber-technical products.
