On March 12, the 17th International exhibition of fabrics and textile maaterials "INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring" opened at the "Timiryazev Center" in Moscow. The exhibition is held alongside the "TEXTILE&HOME-2025.Spring" exhibition of home textiles and interior solutions. More than 1,500 brands from Russia and 12 countries around the world created a vibrant display from the leaders of the textile industry – the best samples of products are presented in 12 thematic sections of the exhibition, including specialized salons of accessories, digital printing, and technical textiles.
The moderator of the grand opening ceremony was a journalist, TV presenter, and a Russian television star Dmitry Guberniev. He gave the floor to distinguished guests who addressed the audience – professionals of the textile business, representatives of the expert and business community of the industry.
The event was opened by the president of the Union of entrepreneurs of the textile and light industry Andrey Razbrodin. "I would like to congratulate everyone on the opening of the exhibition and a new exciting day. I hope we will achieve a lot, including in reforming our textile and light industry," he noted.
Next, Deputy Chairwoman of the Federation Council Inna Svyatenko addressed the participants and guests of the exhibition with a video message. "I would like to note that in recent years we have witnessed the revival of interest in domestic producers, the growth of production, and the introduction of innovative technologies. The light industry has come a long way in its development and is an important segment of our country's economy, capable of responding to the challenges of the times. Most importantly, the exhibition presents regional diversity, which gives special value to local brands and products," noted the deputy head of the upper chamber of the Russian Parliament.
