One of the participants of the “INTERFABRIC-2025.Autumn” exhibition will be LLC "Textile Technologies". The company will be taking part in this exhibition for the first time.

The Zavidovo fine cloth factory was founded in 1858 as the Zavidovo carpet manufactory. In 1930, based on the former carpet factory, production of artificial fur was organized, mainly for the needs of the Red Army. In 1949, the factory began producing fine wool fabrics.

Since 2001, the enterprise has been manufacturing fabrics for office furniture upholstery and car seat covers, as well as filter fabrics for the sugar and chemical industries, and yarn from chemical fibers. In addition, in 2006, the factory began installing equipment for the production of air-textured (ATY) and pre-oriented (POY) polyester yarns that meet global quality standards.

LLC "Textile Technologies" is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of polyester air-textured and textured textile yarns with a wide range of colors, linear densities, and properties, as well as polyester upholstery fabrics for furniture, car seat covers, and other applications under the Ztex trademark. The company is the only producer in Russia of polyester yarns with a diverse color range, linear density, and properties, colored in mass.

Speaking about innovations, the company announced the development and launch of flame-retardant polyester yarns. This product enables the production of fabrics that resist combustion. Adding flame retardants at the molding stage provides more stable characteristics compared to surface application. The enterprise produces low-flammability fabrics for the automotive and furniture industries.

In 2026–2028, the company plans to double its production capacity and release polyester yarns with a broader range of linear densities and filament counts.
At the “INTERFABRIC-2025.Autumn” exhibition, which will be held at the Crocus Expo IEC, the products of LLC "Textile Technologies" will be presented in Pavilion No. 2, Hall 10, Stand 10A08.
