“The first place is great joy and gratitude! For me, a professional designer who has just received a specialized education, this is also a very strong motivation. I defined the sphere of textile design as a matter of my life, and I am grateful to the organizers of the competition for supporting young designers and helping to realize their abilities in the industry, ” the winner of the competition Anastasia Ivanova shares her first impressions.

“This spring has become difficult for the industry and the whole world as a whole. But we are sure that all this will pass, and our competition will continue to open up new talents for the industry. Therefore, together with Alexandra Kaloshina and David Sha, we are now developing a new nomination and a new competitive task, which will reveal more winners to us. So this year, in full accordance with popular wisdom, we will finish counting the winners in the autumn, ” the president of SOYUZLEGPROM, Andrei Razbrodin, commented on the contest. - Follow the updates on the contest website! ”

“As always, it was very difficult to choose the winners, and I am very glad that I am not the only jury member who makes the decision. The professional level of work is growing from year to year. Great job! I would very much like to meet with the finalists in person. Some works are based on very strong conceptual thinking, but there are unfortunate flaws in technical performance. Remember that the main thing is the idea, and then the execution,” David Sha, founder of the international magazine Textile View, member of the jury, comments on the first results.
