The Belarusian company "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno", a major multidisciplinary enterprise offering over 300 product types across six categories, will participate in the "INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring" exhibition. Its diverse product range includes polyester textile yarns, knitted fabrics, heat-resistant "Arselon" products, nonwoven materials, polymer products, and disposable nitrile and latex gloves.
OJSC "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno" has been a frequent participant at "INTERFABRIC," which the company views as "a significant business platform for fostering and expanding cooperation in the textile industry." For the Spring 2025 season, the company will showcase its full product line, including innovative developments like the three-dimensional knitted fabric "Spacer". Composed of two separate base layers connected by monofilament yarn, "Spacer" outperforms foam, polyurethane, polyethylene, and other cushioning fillers in terms of properties.
The company will also highlight "Arselon", a heat-resistant fiber offering protection against high temperatures and electric arcs. Textile fabrics (woven and knitted) made from "Arselon" are used for manufacturing clothing for firefighters, welders, forestry workers, and oil industry professionals.
Notably, the company has begun producing "Arselon" yarn with antistatic fibers for weaving and knitting applications. This new product, also on display at the exhibition, enhances protection against intense thermal radiation from electric arcs, preventing second- and third-degree burns.
Today, the "SOHIM" brand is well-known and valued not only in Belarus but far beyond its borders. Visitors to "INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring" will have the opportunity to explore the latest innovations from "SvetlogorskKhimvolokno" at the International Technical Textiles Salon.
