Dilan company is a dynamically developing Russian textile enterprise founded in 2008, and is one of the recognized market leaders. Constant participation in the INTERFABRIC exhibitions and a powerful, high-tech production base are the keys to the company’s success, according to Elvira Krylova, Head of the Procurement Department.
– We are regular participants of the «INTERFABRIC» exhibition. Modern industry exhibitions are a unique sales tool and play a significant role in building partnerships.
– We produce a wide range of knitted fabrics. We have a full production cycle – our own laboratory, design department, quality control, and logistics department. The full cycle of knitted fabric production includes knitting, dyeing, and fabric printing. Our product range includes three hundred items.
– What equipment does the company use?
– Our factory is equipped with the most modern machinery from Turkey, Korea, Italy, and Germany. We operate sixty-nine machines, including forty-four knitting machines – six of which are flat-knitting machines – four printing machines, and nine dyeing machines. We also have two squeezing machines, four raising machines, and two drying machines.
– In your opinion, what is your company’s main advantage?
– One of Dilan’s key advantages is its own laboratory, which allows our experienced specialists to solve technological challenges of any complexity and reproduce any color upon client request. Our laboratory develops new colors daily, and to date, we have more than two thousand. We work both from samples and according to three types of Pantone systems – standardized systems comprising thousands of colors and their shades developed by Pantone – which enables us to produce any color on any material.
In addition, fifty circular knitting and about ten flat knitting machines allow us to produce a wide variety of knitted fabrics with different widths, densities, weaves, and fiber compositions. Our printing department produces over ten tons of fabric per day. A wide range of prints reflects current trends and is developed by our in-house design department.
We must also highlight our quality control. 100% of the products undergo inspection. Checks are carried out additionally at each stage of production. All of this has enabled us to establish partnerships with more than a thousand sewing enterprises, and our offices in the Ivanovo and Moscow regions are well known among textile manufacturers in Russia – including the Far East and Siberia – as well as in neighboring countries.
– What is the pure production output of your facilities?
– Our production capacity, equipped with high-tech machinery, allows us to produce up to five hundred tons of knitted fabric per month. That’s why we are expanding. Located in the town of Rodniki in the Ivanovo region, we have two large warehouses in Ivanovo and Dzerzhinsk in the Moscow region, and in April, we are opening a new warehouse in Cheboksary.
– What new products did you bring to the exhibition “INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring”?
– Among our new products, we are showcasing “Selanik Pique” fabric, which features high density – up to 420 g/m² – and good wear resistance. It can be made of 100% cotton or include polyester. We can use white or colored polyester, as well as mélange gray thread in a wide variety of compositions. A distinctive feature of the material is its double-sided nature – with one weave on the front side and another on the reverse. The fabric has an interesting texture that eliminates the need for additional printed designs. The pattern is essentially formed during the knitting process. This material is suitable for sewing skirts, men’s and women’s suits, jackets, and sportswear.
We are also pleased to present another new item – “Dama Desen” – a fabric similar to single jersey, but its distinguishing feature is a specific pattern in the form of a raindrop or square. The density ranges from 185 g/m² to 200 g/m². The composition can be 100% cotton or include mélange thread.
– What other items were presented at your booth?
– “Double Face Pique” – the best modern fabric for sewing and handicrafts. This unique material, with its double-sided texture, offers wide opportunities for designers and sewing enthusiasts. It contains cotton as well as white and colored polyester. The density ranges from 185 g/m2 to 300 g/m2. It holds its shape perfectly and is ideal for sewing jackets, sportswear, and various types of suits.
Jacquard jersey – a premium single jersey knit with a jacquard effect – a knitted fabric with elements of textured knitting. Its density ranges from 185 g/m2 to 200 g/m2. It is available in 100% cotton or with added polyester.
We also brought cashcorse – a soft knit made of pure cotton with a small amount of synthetic fiber. It is perfect for sewing underwear, children’s clothing, and for finishing collars and cuffs.
