The company can be surely called a leader in the production of knitted fabric. The history of the company in the Russian market has more than 20 years. To date production facilities allow to produce up to 50 tons of knitted fabric per day. The company has installed the latest equipment necessary for a full production cycle.
Here they knit, paint and print in a variety of ways, as well as constantly introducing new and new technologies for finishing the canvas. It produces absolutely all types of knitwear that are in demand on the market: culinary surface, interlock, footer, pique, ribana, kashkorse, mahra, velour, fleece, kapitonium and velsoft.
As for the raw materials, the company uses carded and combed cotton yarn made by the ring spinning method. The company also works with yarn made of artificial and synthetic fibers: polyester, lycra and viscose.
The
Mirtex factory is equipped with two main types of printing on knitwear: rotary and direct digital. Our own engraving workshop allows the factory to efficiently and promptly fulfill orders for rotary printing.
The
Mirtex company is growing and developing rapidly. In 2020, the second knitting workshop was built and launched, new modern knitting machines were installed-three-thread, velsofta, round laces of various diameters, and braid weaving of different widths.
In 2021 two new grinding machines were purchased and put into operation to create the so-called peach effect on the front side of the canvas, similar to the peach effect.
In 2022 new equipment will be launched: a continuous bleaching line, an additional high-performance drying and shearing machine and thirty high-speed circular knitting machines. The launch of this equipment will increase the volume of production to 65 tons per day, as well as reduce the production time of orders and further improve the quality of products.
Work at the enterprise is carried out 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so that customers receive their orders as soon as possible. The sales offices of the Mirtex company are located in Balashikha, Moscow region and in Ivanovo, Ivanovo region. There are also regional partners in Pyatigorsk and Minsk (Republic of Belarus).
