In the autumn season – 2025, the forum offered the industry community over 60 events with the participation of more than 120 speakers.
«The holding of the ”Legpromforum” within the framework of the united exhibition ”INTERFABRIC-2025.Autumn” is a strategic step for the industry. The new format of the exhibition unites key links of the textile business, creating a powerful ecosystem for development. We strive to make the Russian light industry more competitive and innovative, relying on the long-term development strategy until 2035», noted the president of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry (SOYUZLEGPROM) Andrey Razbrodin.
At the solemn part of the opening of the exhibition and at the plenary session «Strategy for the development of the light industry of the Russian Federation: focus on sustainable growth», which was conducted by the famous journalist and TV presenter Dmitry Guberniev, speeches were made by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Ivan Kulikov, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy Sergey Morozov, the Chairman of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum, Senator Galina Karelova, the Deputy General Director of AO «Corporation MSP» Yulia Zhdan, the Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia Dmitry Kurochkin, the Chairman of the concern «Belleghprom» Tatyana Lugina, the Executive Director of the Department of Corporate Business Development of PAO «Sberbank» and member of the board of SOYUZLEGPROM Alla Sbitneva, as well as heads of large Russian enterprises and industry associations. Opening the work of the «Legpromforum», the president of SOYUZLEGPROM Andrey Razbrodin noted that the light industry today is not only a significant economic sector, but also an important cultural and social factor influencing the lives of millions of people.
He also emphasized that the developed Strategy for the development of the textile and garment industry until 2035 will lay the foundation for sustainable and systematic development of the industry, combining investment policy, market regulation and state support.
In his opinion, the key is the inclusion of the light industry in the list of priority industries, which will create a favorable investment climate and allow the Russian light industry to confidently compete in the international arena, as well as effectively interact within the CIS, protecting its market from the expansion of large foreign manufacturers.
The three-day business program was filled with expert sessions, business discussions, educational lectures and bright cultural events, reflecting the diversity and multifaceted nature of the modern light industry and once again confirmed the status of the «INTERFABRIC» exhibition as a key platform for the exchange of experience, networking and promotion of innovations in the field of textile and garment industry.
«The exhibition took place, and I believe that the chosen new general industry format has shown its prospects», believes the exhibition director Elena Pishcheva. «Of course, there is a lot of work ahead: the first experience helped us to identify priority tasks that need to be solved. But I am sure that thanks to the available resources and the desire to move forward, we will successfully cope with these challenges.
We were once again convinced that the business format, which is the visiting card of the exhibition, is in demand by the industry and is especially relevant in conditions of economic instability. Today, the industry needs such a platform to discuss problems and find joint solutions. We invite everyone to the spring season – we open it first and are confident that the tasks set are feasible and will benefit the entire industry.»
The next exhibition will be held on March 17–19, 2026 at «Crocus Expo».
