ULTRAFILAMENT, a manufacturer and supplier of technical textiles, will participate in the International Salon of Technical Textiles at the INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring exhibition. Since 2002, the Ultrafilament Group of Companies has been producing technical fabrics (geotextiles, cord fabrics), modular combined gabions, woven technical tapes, sewing threads, and polyamide industrial threads.
The uniqueness of the company’s products lies in the wide range of items produced, which are used across nearly all industries, including road and railway construction, light and heavy industries, agriculture, the tire, aviation, and oil and gas sectors, as well as emergency services.
For the first time, ULTRAFILAMENT will participate in INTERFABRIC as an exhibitor, having previously attended the event annually as visitors. Representatives of the company believe that the exhibition "can introduce our company to a broader audience and connect us with amazing people and business partners."
The company’s production facility is located in Kursk, occupying over 20,000 square meters of manufacturing space. With an annual production capacity exceeding 8 million square meters of textile materials, ULTRAFILAMENT is currently expanding its operations by 40%.
To achieve high performance, the company employs state-of-the-art, high-tech equipment. The raw materials used in production are sourced from world leaders in the technical textiles industry, ensuring consistently high product quality that meets any client requirements.
The cornerstone of the company's product range is ULTRATEX geotextiles, designed to ensure the reliable and durable functioning of industrial, civil, hydraulic, and military structures, including in complex geological conditions. ULTRATEX geotextiles serve as reinforcing, separating, water-permeable, and filtering materials.
Their geotextiles stand out for their high ecological standards, resistance to aggressive environments, exceptional strength, versatility, and ease of installation. Applications include highways, railways, retaining structures, sewer systems, reservoirs, dams, tunnels, underground facilities, canals, groundwater protection, and more.
In addition, ULTRAFILAMENT manufactures cord fabrics, which serve as reinforcing materials with excellent adhesion properties to rubber. These fabrics are used in the production of truck, heavy-duty, pneumatic, passenger, agricultural, and aircraft tires. Impregnated cord fabrics feature the physical and mechanical properties required by the tire industry, such as tensile elongation, intermediate elongations, shrinkage, and rubber adhesion. Each type of cord fabric has unique characteristics tailored to specific applications. The types produced by the company include polyester, kapron, and anide fabrics.
