Since 1997, the Furnitop company has been supplying materials for clothing, footwear and furniture for Belarusian and Russian enterprises. Among the company’s partners are the largest in terms of volume and technology-leading manufacturers of these goods.
Every year, Furnitop organizes the Minsk Sewing Forum, where it acts as an informant for new products and technologies that appear on the world markets of clothing accessories. The general partner of the Forum is the German concern Freudenberg.
Managers of Furnitop and foreign experts talk about the characteristics of the goods, explain the purpose, give advice.
For example, at the 2019 Sewing Forum, which took place in March, the products of the Italian company Passamaneria were presented: edging, braid, ribbons, sockets, fringe. These are details that complement clothing, furniture upholstery, home textiles. Any products with them look unique.
Deputy Development Director of Furnitop Larisa Shlyahtitseva presented new products that appeared in the company’s assortment: thin insulation – a godsend for fashionable and casual wear; soft, pleasant lining Pongee; rubber-coated metal garment accessories – warm to the touch.
