Fabric printing is one of the main services the company will present at "Interfabric 2025 Spring." “FL Service” prints on both in-house and customer-provided fabrics with a width of up to 160 cm. Fabrics include 100% polyester or blends. The company can print any customer design from provided files, make adjustments, adapt files for printing, or create print-ready files based on samples.
The company also offers textile material duplication services using continuous presses with adhesive materials or thermofusible adhesive webs, with adjustable speed and pressure. “FL Service” duplicates woven and nonwoven materials, with the ability to bond 2 or 3 layers. The maximum material width is 1,600 mm. The company uses customer-supplied adhesive materials, such as interfacing and fusible webbing.
Laser cutting services for synthetic fabrics cover a wide range of materials: “FL Service” cuts plywood, acrylic, faux leather, etc. The working area of their equipment is 1600 x 950 mm. Each material is evaluated for suitability and cutting quality before every order. Cutting for medium-sized batches takes 1 to 3 business days.
Additional services include fabric preshrinking before printing, rewinding/defect inspection of printed fabrics, laser cutting of fabric, and print testing for suitability and color proofing to ensure accurate color reproduction. “FL Service” can match colors precisely when provided with a sample.
