At the "INTERFABRIC-2025.Spring" exhibition, the company "TechnoPrint" once again participated as a full-cycle supplier of equipment for specialized types of printing. The company offers solutions for prepress processes, printing machines, automated robotic lines, post-printing and finishing equipment, as well as consumables and auxiliary materials.

A key focus of the company's product range is specialized printing technologies, including pad and screen printing, hot stamping, and transfer technologies of varying complexity. Among its clients are advertising and promotional product manufacturers, as well as industrial enterprises engaged in textile printing, product labeling, packaging, and more.

DTF printing is currently in high demand among consumers. This modern printing technology is used to transfer images onto textiles and other materials. It not only enhances brand recognition but also helps create a unique product appearance. High-quality printing is ensured by vibrant colors and sharp details. The DTF method is suitable for printing on various types of fabric.

Alexey Zuy, the lead manager at "TechnoPrint", shared insights about the company's operations and new technologies in demand on the market:

Our company supplies equipment and consumables across different segments. Our flagship products are DTF and UV DTF. In these areas, we have been sales leaders since 2022, delivering between 150 and 200 systems per year. DTF technology is an advanced method for applying full-color images to any heat-resistant material, including textiles, leather, eco-leather, latex, and rubber.

In short, the process involves printing images in layers onto a special film, which is then treated with powdered thermoadhesive and baked. This enables easy transfer of the print from the film to the material using a heat press or an iron. As a result, the print is embedded into the texture of the material. All that is needed is to cut the required section from a roll of pre-made heat transfers and fix it in place. The outcome is durable, elastic, full-color, and high-resolution images.

One of the most popular services is T-shirt printing. A bright design can enhance even the simplest monochrome garment, transforming an ordinary T-shirt into a unique item. A well-chosen print highlights style and sets the mood. This technology is also suitable for thicker fabrics, making it possible to print on hoodies, for example. It's an excellent way to create unique and creative clothing for cold weather. Printing can also be applied to outerwear, headwear, windbreakers, and baseball caps.

In screen printing, ink is applied to fabrics by pressing it through a stencil. One of the advantages of this method is the ability to use special-effect inks, such as pearlescent, glitter, and glow-in-the-dark coatings. This reliable and long-lasting technique allows for the creation of designs on fabrics of any thickness.

We offer turnkey solutions tailored to specific tasks, thanks to our in-house team of engineers, designers, and technologists, who are capable of addressing a wide range of challenges.

Our company actively participates in various exhibitions, including "INTERFABRIC", as it provides a platform for connecting with numerous clients. "INTERFABRIC" allows us to showcase our latest innovations and demonstrate the capabilities of our company on a broad scale.
